Leon
My name is Leon; I am 23 years old and looking forward to my semester abroad in Canada. For me it’s the second time to spend more than a few weeks abroad, after my matric I went for one year to Uganda. By now I am excited to leave Germany for six months on the 11th of August. First of all I am planning to travel to Alaska for two weeks; afterwards I will spend my semester in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island at the Vancouver Island University. After my semester I am planning to travel south along the west coast of the United States. Looking forward to you guys to accompany me on my journey!

Jakob
Hi everybody! (or at least the few people who will "discover" this blog because we tell them about it) I'm Jakob, 23 and I will spend my semester abroad in Lima. So I will be covering South America - well, parts of it - in this blog. This is going to be the 3rd time for me to be abroad for a while. That's pretty much it as far as my introduction goes. I would tell you what I plan to do (like Leon has) but I honestly have no idea. Making plans is just not the way I travel. So you'll have to wait and be surprised what happens - just like me ;-)

Hey guys, my name is Lisa and I am 21 years old. I will do my semester abroad in New Zealand. As I am the first that begin this adventure you will properly first read a lot of my posts. I arrived on the 22nd of June in Dunedin and are now `wait` that my semester starts on the 11th of July. I am really excited about it and hope you will have fun during reading all our posts. Laura
Hello everyone :D My name is Laura and with my 20 years I am the youngest of us. But nevertheless it will be my third time being abroad for a longer period of time. I already have made a school exchange in Paraguay and I have been to the Philippines last summer for an internship. This time I will spend six months in Chile, in Viña del Mar to be exactly. And as you may already guess by the name, I will live directly at the ocean. So have a lot of fun following me around when I try surfing for the first time, celebrate my birthday at the beach, exploring South America and exploring a lot of exciting things!

Hey peopleee! Im 21 years old and going to tell you some stories about and from Guadalajara, Mexico. After exploring Costa Rica and surrounding countries for a few months after my matric i'm now very excited to explore Mexico with its amazing places (Latinamerica got me like booom!). Before starting the semester on the 1st of August, im going to visit my Cousin in Detroit/USA. I leave Germany on the 19th of July. Some words about my journey: I thought it would be nice to also visit Cuba after finishig Mexico - so I booked a flight around christmas to spend a week there before coming home. Exact plans are not existing yet so just stay suprised about whats coming up :)
Stay tuned!

Tina
Hello everyone! My name is Tina and I am almost 25 years old. Unfortunately I am going to leave Germany later than the others from this blog but I am really excited as well. In the middle of September I will start my semester abroad in Dublin. Like some of the others, it is not the first time that I spend a longer period of time abroad. In 2007/2008, I went to a high school in Kent (England) for one year and after my apprenticeship in a hotel I did my work and travel in Australia - again for one year. Now I am looking forward to see a new place - well, for me a new place to visit: DUBLIN :) Now enjoy everyone our posts from all around the world :)
